Swapping your controller is simple and free. We send you a Swap Box containing your new controller and a prepaid return shipping label to send your old one back. Just follow the instructions included in the box.

We aim to process and ship all swaps within 72 hours of receiving your request. You’ll receive tracking information for both your Swap Box and your return shipment.

If you do not return your old controller within the specified seven days, you may be charged for the cost of the new controller. Timely returns are crucial to maintaining our swap program.

Yes, we accept working and broken controllers for swap. But, we do not accept controllers that are physically damaged, smashed or missing parts and pieces.

If you send a controller that does not meet the required condition (excessive damage, missing parts, etc.), the swap may be canceled, and you will be notified.

Swap Policy

You can return up to three controllers in the Swap Box for each swap.

The Swap Box is the package we send to you that includes your new controller, a prepaid return shipping label, and instructions for returning your old controller.

• You’ll receive tracking information for both the Swap Box and your return shipment.
• Inside the Swap Box, you'll find the new controller and everything needed to return your old controller.

Restoration Process

Email info@swapstix.com to request a swap-out, and we will send a return shipping label. After inspection, your replacement will be sent immediately.
