Swap Policy Rules for Controller Swaps

Condition Requirements

• No Damage – Controllers must not be smashed or physically damaged.
• Original Brands Only – Aftermarket brands are not acceptable for swaps.
• Complete Components – No missing parts or pieces are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• Insufficient Condition – If we deem the swap to be insufficient based on the above criteria, the swap may be canceled.
